10b9:5457 does not have a dedicated support package,
But it ONLY sometimes works with the code package written for its
10b9:5459 successor.
From http://phep2.technion.ac.il/linmodems/packages/smartlink/Ubuntu/ get the
slamr-2.6.15-26-386.tgz
Under Linux, unpack with
$ tar zxf slam*.tgz
Move into the new folder:
$ cd slamr-2.6.15-26-386
Browse the files and run the:
$ sudo ./setup
