help with a thinkpad t60 modem

To whom it may concern:

I'm trying to set up the modem on my Thinkpad T60. I have no clue how
it is set up or anything. I ran scanModem and my output doesn't seem
too helpful (the full ModemData.txt file is at the bottom of this
message).

I would appreciate any help you could give.
