Atomic,

You have two modem cards. The
 00:11.6 1106:3068 .gz Communication controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. AC'97 Modem Controller
----
might most easily be supported. If you are able, please remove the
Motorola card, rerun scanModem and send us the new ModemData.txt.
This is done to assess whether the bootup diagnositcs improve.

Separately, I will send you a slamr package, which may support the
Motorola card.
Under Linux unpack it with:
$ tar zxf slamr*.tar.gz
and read the documentation therein and run:
$ sudo  ./setup

 The PCI slot 00:11.6 of the modem card may be disabled early in
 a bootup process, but then enabled later. If modem drivers load
 but the modem is not responsive, read Bootup.txt about possible
fixes.
 Send dmesg.txt along with ModemData.txt to discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
 if help is needed.
