You can get the kernel-source package here:
ftp://ftp.proxad.net/mirrors/ftp.mandriva.com/MandrivaLinux/official/2007.0/i586/media/main/release/kernel-source-2.6.17.5mdv-1-1mdv2007.0.i586.rpm

You may have to remove "custom" in the following line of
/usr/src/linux/Makefile :
EXTRAVERSION = -5mdvcustom
