Myself is unnikartha.
I am a newbie to linux. Was introduced to linux my one of my student, and I
am planning to shift to linux platform. as a first step, I have installed
ubuntu, in my home computer. My modem was not detected. I have trouble
connecting to the internet. As per the instructions in the website i
downloaded the scanmoden utility and am sending the modemdata.txt file
below. Please guide me through futher so that i can start using this
operating system.
