Please send the output ModemData.txt to DISCUSS@xxxxxxxxxxxxx , even if further assistance is not needed. It will enrich the Archive and help others! in it. The modem seems to work after installing the sl-modem-daemon package for ubuntu and configuring it with SLMODEMD_DEVICE="hw:0,6". I have not yet tested it with an ISP, it simply makes the link /dev/ttySL0 to /dev/pts/2. Feel free to contact me if you need more data.
