Under Linux:
$ unzip hcf*.zip
Install with:
$ sudo dpkg - i hcf*.deb
Subsequently
$ sudo wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf
should find the modem, though a reboot may first be necessary.
Edit in with your personal information, replacing the < > blocks
$ sudo gedit /etc/wvdial.conf
Then you should be able to dialout with
$ sudo wvdial
THis provides only 14.4 K service. You will have to by a software key
from Linuxant to achieve full speed service. Read the Conexant.txt

expand the graphic. Manufacturer information may be displayed. For

limited to
14,400 until a key is purchased. There is NO freeware alternative.
There are two support package types: hsfmodem and hcflinmodem.
