I've tried lucent, martian, hsf and slmodem to make

None of those would make it. Why?
Primary PCI_id 11c1:0620
Support type needed or chipset:
Agere.SV2PP_no_driver_available
NO DRIVER AVAILABLE.
Sorry to tell you that there are no drivers for your
modem. You have tried but have not been successful
due to that fact.

Antonio

Versions adequately match for the compiler
installed: 4.1.2
and the compiler used in kernel

Kernel-header resources needed for compiling are
not manifestly ready!
If compiling is necessary packages must be
