This is what I did:
from
http://phep2.technion.ac.il/linmodems/packages/ltmodem/kernel-2.6/martian/
I downloaded martian-full-20061110.tar.gz
(because an error occured downloading the newer Version
martian-full-20061203.tar.gz.)

I received error messages doing "make -all"
(propably I better should have done it as root)

So i tried
$ make -C kmodule/ modules -ok
#make -C kmodule/ install -ok
#modprobe martian_dev
# lsmod |grep martian_dev
martian_dev 19476 0
so far everythig seems to be all right.

Then
# martian_modem --help
command not found
COULD YOU PLEASE RECOMMAND ME WHAT TO DO NOW?
