Il mio computer è un portatile Vaio Vgn Fe 11S , l'architettura audio, che integra il softmodem è la ICH7, che usa il modulo kernel snd-hda-intel che fa parte di ALSA. Utilizzo la beta di Feisty Fawn (Ubuntu 7) con kernel 2.6.20, versione ALSA 1.0.13 ( a quanto pare dalla v. 13 il mio modem dovrebbe essere supportato, eppure non è rilevato in automatico dal sistema).
