Maybe this is about the same issue.
This rather sounds like that LOEclipse has not been adapted to the
removal of idlc from the SDK (cf.
<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/index.php?title=ReleaseNotes/7.5#Feature_Removal_/_Deprecation>)?
