tdf157829-rtl.fodt test failure

WHile running tests for 25.2.0.1 I see a new test failure:

The font is installed (as you can see tdf157829-ltr.fodt is passing), 
yet tdf157829-rtl.fodt complains it isn't. The only difference I can see 
is that in -rtl there's a:

style:font-name="Noto Sans Hebrew" [...] style:font-name-complex="Noto 
Sans Hebrew"

while in -ltr there's just:

style:font-name-complex="Noto Sans Hebrew"

Is that expected?
