It was added in core.git commit c8b68f7d63df9335ab4ef90441d3d2815bb4ddd6
(tdf#119956 unit test, LayerTabBar, adapt focus if Alt+Click,
2018-10-16), perhaps Regina can at least confirm if it still passes for
her locally, and if so, with what output?
