Yeah, it's typically me who triggers the Flathub builds for new LO releases; and yes, they are official in the sense that <https://flathub.org/apps/org.libreoffice.LibreOffice> carries the "The ownership of the org.libreoffice.LibreOffice app ID has been verified using libreoffice.org" badge (which you only get if you can proof certain control over the claimed domain).
