Your hooks not right, solve this in cygwin with ./g -z

Hi all,

I still on getting build with WSL correct.

Using command
$ make
I get the error message
Your hooks not right, solve this in cygwin with
   ./g -z

But I'm not in cygwin and using ./g -z only repeats the error message.

Nevertheless, command make works. Can I ignore this error message or 
what do I need to do?
