No need, since strawberry-perl already comes with it, so specifying --wtih-doxygen=E:/path/to/strawberry-perl-portable/c/bin/doxygen.exe will work. If you want to use a different version, then you need to use a windows version of doxygen, not one inside wsl (the initial set of patches used the linux version, but that later was switched over to use the windows-side to avoid slow file access across the different realms) ciao Christian
