GSoC Final Report: Comments in Sidebar

Hello everyone,

I'm thrilled to share that I've completed GSoC where I implemented 
Writer comments in sidebar. Thanks to my mentor Sarper Akdemir for 
being so supportive, and guiding me throughout the GSoC period. Also 
thanks to Heiko Tietze for writing such a detailed blog: https://design.blog.documentfoundation.org/2024/01/12/comments-in-sidebar/ 
which served as a guide for my project. Also thanks to the people on 
#libreoffice-dev channel for answering my queries and being so 
helpful.

It was a fun and great learning experience for me. I hope to continue contributing to
the project.
