GSoC Weekly Update: LUA UNO Language binding in LibreOffice

This week I added support for handling exceptions on both the LUA and UNO side.

I have also cleaned up the code and moved it over to https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/sdk-examples/+/171940

I am currently working on the README file.
