After discussing with Julien and Lionel, I tweaked the Firebird budget
item to only be about making it ready to be default for new files:
- Prev by Date: New Defects reported by Coverity Scan for LibreOffice
- Next by Date: Last call for missing budget item cost estimates
- Previous by thread: Upgrading mdds and orcus coming soon
- Next by thread: Last call for missing budget item cost estimates
