Finalize previous week SVGZ support patch in Draw (patch)
Add support for exporting SVGZ in Writer (patch)
Add support for RGBA in the new PNG writer (patch)

Next:
Add export->import tests for svgz/emz/wmz
Continue pngwriter work (32bpp?)
