Jenkins builders are either the trashcan macpro or macmini from 2014 and 2018
So I think they all should be able to run Monterey
So for Jenkins it would work to bump LO master requirements to Xcode >=
12.5 and adapt the Xcode installations on the various Jenkins macOS
machines accordingly? That sounds like a good plan to me (which I would
then like to discuss in today's ESC meeting).
