FWIW we have extras/source/palettes/html.soc which lists the color-
names of https://www.w3.org/TR/css-color-3 so maybe some subset of the

Oh, my description was not clear enough. The problem is not the color
value itself, but whether the color comes from a style, from
number-format or from conditional formatting.
A color value itself is always the pattern #[0-9a-fA-F]{6} in ODF.
