Nope, you left the one in there that is the only one actually used for
the job picking. Gerrit or Windows label are informational, but the
windows_msc_dbgutil_32 is the one that is used to filter the bots for
possible candidates. So one would need to remove that/change that to
windows_msc_dbgutil_32_disabled or something similar)
so I've now reverted my above change to
<https://ci.libreoffice.org/computer/tb68-bytemark/configure> again (and
hope that somebody else will do whatever necessary to reduce the number
of failed Gerrit Jenkins builds)
