Inserting shapes in unittests

Hello,

Is there any reason why inserting shapes doesn't work in CppUnittests ?
In UItests, it's possible to use the KeyModifier 8192 (KEY_MOD2 ), see

however, if I do the same in a CppUnittest, nothing is inserted. see
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/111072.

Any idea why this is happening ?
