I see this was merged in the meantime. My local Android build now fails
like this:

It looks like autogen.sh is invoked even after running autogen.sh
manually, i.e. some dependency is too aggressive or something like. Is
this something you can reproduce?

(My build was fine a week ago, so I guess this is related to the
features/windows-cross-build work, but it's possible it's something
else...)
