The lode checkout had apparently not been manually updated on all the
relevant machines after

"using 'unitcheck slowcheck' should also include the build target".
I have updated tb82 and tb84 now. tb69 was apparently already new
enough, while tb57, tb58, tb59, and tb81 are currently offline.
...and of the 6 machines servicing gerrit_windows on
windows_msc_dbgutil_32: tb68 needed an update; tb39, tb72, tb73, and
tb77 were apparently already new enough; tb78 is currently offline.
