Note: never send screenshots or photos of your screen to the list again. Always copy and paste. You are dealing with pure text anyway, so why go through the trouble of turning it into graphics?

In your photo, we can see that it complains "wget: command not found". It appears that your cygwin installation did not go like it should have gone.

Did you use the install_cygwin.ps1 script as advised on the wiki? If you look at it, it includes wget in the list of packages it will install. Please try with the script (in Powershell, follow the wiki).

Yes I checked that yesterday.
Now I am running on cygwin shell and it's giving the error as file not found for dev/core.

    Hi anshu khare,

You were using Powershell to run that command. Wiki said after
    install_cygwin.ps1 completes you should |run C:\cygwin\Cygwin.bat|
to launch a cygwin command window prompt. All the rest of the
instructions should be done under cygwin.

I  have Visual Studio 19 and JDK 13 installed on
windows. I cloned lode git repo in cygwin shell. I
changed my directory to lode and ran  ./setup which
                    executed fine.

Then I added environment variables to  .bashrc file.

Now I am trying to setup dev build environment by
running  ./setup --dev -- force in the lode
directory but it's not giving appropriate results.

I am following this documentation :
