Replacing /.vs by *.vs in .gitignore

Hello,

With VS2017 integration, when a module solution in opened (for example
vcl/vcl.sln), VS2017 creates a folder vcl/.vs
These folders are not masked by the actuel gitignore.
We should replace the line /.vs by *.vs
