GSoC weekly update: Improvements in Notebookbar

Hi Everyone,

Following is the update of my work:

1. Set the context for printpreview and removed the non working of context
bug after print preview working https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/56740/

2. Working on reload notebookbar function
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/56864/.

3. Also, trying to enable theming for tabbed notebookbar .
