Hello,

- From Debian Wheezy ( kernel 3.2.0-4-amd64) to Debian Jessie ( kernel
3.16.0-4-amd64) I do not see infos on _rate_ section.
When i try to display live stats on my queues , the rate section is
always equals to 0 .

This issue started after the upgrade to Jessie.
