Cbq and max latency

Linux Advanced Routing and Traffic Control

Hi All,
Is there any way to set the maximum latency on a cbq when it is overloaded?
Or, for that matter, to query it?

For example, I want to know how long (in seconds) a packet will stay in the queue before it is dropped, and I want to be able to adjust this figure.

Regards,
