QoS on eth0 works fine for DMZ, but is there a possibility to doing
  QoS on eth0 based on private IPs ( 192.168.1.0/24 ) ?

Are you wanting to QoS inbound or outbound traffic to and from your private IPs? This should be possible on for inbound on your eth2 interface. You might have to use IMQ to QoS what is sent out from your private IPs.
