Can someone explain to me this new option in recent 2.6 kernels (I think it appeared in 2.6.8) Device Drivers -> Networking support -> Networking options -> QoS and/or fair queueing -> Packet ACTION What does it do? Also, the option warns against sing it unless you have a new iproute2. Whats considered a new iproute2?
