Most likely you're putting your local traffic into the same class
as your internet traffic. Thus your LAN gets shaped to an awfully
slow 512/256 kbit.

Check out the thread 'Bandwidth thinking error' (2004-05-12).
This isn't really a bug.

If that doesn't seem to be the problem, give more detailed information
about your setup.
