i'll safely assume thats RHL 7.2 ...

'netconfig' would be your best bet. Also, check dmesg,
to see that you card has been detected. If the card is
detected, you can copy ifcfg-eth0 to ifcfg-eth1 and
make the appropriate changes.

...just use iptables to masq. your internal subnet;
man iptables.
