Yes, I did it using 2.4.18-2.4.21 kernels.
You have to use ftp://ftp.isi.edu/rsvp/release/rsvpd.rel4.2a4-1.tar.gz
and apply the patch that has been supplied by Craig Rodrigues from BBN
to compile under RedHat Linux 6.2 and 7.0.

For the link to the kernel traffic control use Alexey Kunetsov's traffic
control adaptation module ftp://ftp.isi.edu/rsvp/release/linux-tc.tar.gz
(don't' forget to change Makefile to activate it - by default rsvpd uses
testing stub)

Has anyone had any luck compiling rsvpd recently?
I am trying to decide whether to use the ISI version or KOM-RSVP.

I am running kernel 2.4.20.
