[LARTC] ingress Qdisc ?

Hi;  


I am trying to get a small understanding how a packet goes through Linux  
network stack.
However, I have not find where in the code ingress Qdisc is invoked.  All
I know is that it is invoked after ipchains.         

Any answer would be appreciated
