Miguel,

Take a look at the script, and you'll see that class 1:10 has the highest
priority. Simply add a "tc filter" command which selects your src IP and
drops it into this class.

You could also select flowid 0: for no cap on your outbound bandwidth (if
you are using HTB):

MIGUEL=192.168.0.5
tc filter add dev $DEV parent 1:0 protocol ip prio 10 u32 \
      match ip src $MIGUEL flowid 0:

BOSS=192.168.0.8
tc filter add dev $DEV parent 1:0 protocol ip prio 10 u32 \
      match ip src $BOSS flowid 0:

If you poke around in the script, you'll see how easy it is to modify the
script.

You could easily adapt this script to have two leaf classes off the root
qdisc....but if you are going to do so, you'll want to read up on the
LARTC site and docum.org.

Good luck,

-Martin
