I have a problem with Masquerading Linux Box :(
I have many client (PC with Windows Operating System)

---- subnet 192.168.10.0 ------- [ Linux Masquerading Box ] ------Internet

The problem exists with client that run Audiogalaxy that eat so much bandwidth

How could i limit bandwidth from 192.168.10.0/24 that connect to
aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd port 21, with assumption aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd is the IP address of
audiogalaxy server in My Linux Masquerading Box ?

Because as you know, before it routes the packet, it rewrites IP header so
will be able to be masquerading ...

Thanks
