Hi, I'm going to setup a linux traffic control box and has decided to adapt HTB. What should be the best relation(value) of rate and burst? I mean the formula used to calculate burst give rate or vice verse. I think the bandwidth of NIC and CPU processing speed are also important in the calculation above. What else are important??
