[LARTC] filter by mac address

Hi All,

I would like to limit the client's bandwidth using the MAC address. How can
I filter the packets? I do not find any suitable method of filtering.  My
Linux box act as a bridge. 
This is my first attempt for bandwidth limiting by linux.
