ok, i finaly did it, i found the newest version, and i have compiled
it, but trying to add some default commands:

# tc qdisc add dev eth1 root handle 1: cbq bandwidth 10Mbit allot 1514 cell 8 avpkt 1000 mpu 64
RTNETLINK answers: Invalid argument

any ideas?
