I need to know, how long can a packet to be queued, or it's better to be dropped, because it has been timed out by the receiver sever or application. I'm afraid, If I drop a packet too fast, I'm forcing a "retry". Also, If I queue packet too long, maybe the packet will be doubled, since the application has sent a retry request.
