Yes.  But you need to recompile a new kernel after applying the htb patch=
=2E =20
HTB is not part of the default kernel.  And if you are doing so, you can=20
better take a 2.4.17 kernel in stead of a 2.4.9 kernel (2.4.18 is not=20
recommended)
