PATCH 1/4 is some MPX definiation; PATCH 2/4 re-calculate cpuid(0xd,0) EBX; PATCH 3/4 enable Intel Memory Protection Extension for guest; PATCH 4/4 is Intel MPX vmx and msr handle; These pathes are based on my ex-colleague Xudong's work, now I help him to push these patches.
