Hi, Is it possible to implement "Yield CPU on poll" option similar to VmWare: http://www.vmware.com/support/ws45/doc/devices_serial_ws.html#1023869 ? I use kvm for windows kernel development and it will be great to not have 100% cpu load during a debugging over serial line session.
