On AMD processor, under heavy network load and ATI GPU use, System will
completely lock up when a VM is receiving? a packet.

This happens in memcpy()

Get:

Kernel Panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt.

Can't seem to get anything on a serial port, or with kexec kernel core dumps.
