Indeed.

I'm afraid, I'm not too familiar w/ the internals of KVM, still
learning.  By exit rate, I presume, VMX exit ?

Can you please suggest a way to capture these exits, so I could get
reliable information & post the notes here ? qemu/scripts/kvm_stat ?
