[PATCH v2 06/11] vhost-net: Cleanup vhost_ubuf and vhost_zcopy

- Rename vhost_ubuf to vhost_net_ubuf
- Rename vhost_zcopy_mask to vhost_net_zcopy_mask
- Make funcs static
