Bump. I'm currently in such a state I won't be able to sleep well before I make some progress on this. I've already described my situation quite precisly, if one needs even more information, just ask. I've now also tried with a separate img containing DUET, so I can use the default seabios to boot DUET, which can boot Windows in UEFI mode. However, DUET just doesn't see my disk at all, be it in IDE or AHCI mode. If I boot the same img *physically* (from a usb), I can enter DUET and I can see my physical disk (which is running in AHCI mode). So I guess this is an issue with KVM/QEMU. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
